Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the educAItor platform, including its website, applications, and any integrated systems (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

“educAItor,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the owner and operator of the Platform. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. “Services” refers to all AI-powered educational tools, features, insights, and related services provided through the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform independently. Users below the applicable legal age may only access the Platform through an educational institution or guardian with appropriate consent. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify educAItor immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. educAItor is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard account information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful and educational purposes. You must not: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform or its underlying systems. Upload, generate, or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. Introduce viruses, malware, or other disruptive technologies. Use automated tools or scripts to access the Platform without prior authorization. educAItor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

Institutional Use and Data Responsibilities

When the Platform is used by or through educational institutions: The institution is responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions, consents, and data accuracy. educAItor processes data in accordance with applicable data protection and education laws and relevant contractual agreements. Users retain ownership of their content. educAItor may process usage data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, content, trademarks, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to educAItor. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for its intended educational purposes. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

AI-Powered Features Disclaimer

The Platform includes AI-assisted tools designed to support teaching, learning, and educational insights. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every use case. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, validating, and applying any information or recommendations produced by the Platform. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: educAItor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform. educAItor is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content. No guarantee is made that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Suspension and Termination

educAItor may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if such action is necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Changes to the Terms

educAItor may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction designated by educAItor. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
