EducAitor® was created by education experts who have taught, led and trained across early years, schools, colleges, training providers, universities and alternative provision. We built the support we wished we had.
Why we built it
Many educators get formal feedback only a few times a year, and some hardly ever. Professional development rarely connects with what actually happens in the room, and observation can feel like a performance rather than a chance to improve.
We've faced those challenges first-hand, in every kind of setting. EducAitor is our answer: a coach for any session, private to the educator, specific to their teaching and built to support rather than judge.
The founder
I started out in academy football and went on to sign professional. When that chapter ended, I set up my first business, an education and training company working with the PFA and Premier League Learning to help players move out of the game and into education and work. That's where education and training became my passion and my career.
I grew that work across a range of education and training settings, then moved into further education, overseeing a College Academy and leading internal quality assurance nationally. For over a decade I've worked across education and training in the UAE, leading national programmes in the public and private sectors, including with the UAE Ministry of Education, and developing teachers and leaders at scale. Much of that work involved using AI to improve how organisations run. I'm currently completing a doctorate at the University of Derby.
Through all of it, the same issue kept coming up: feedback. Observations, quality assurance and CPD take a lot of time and effort, yet teachers rarely get feedback when they can actually use it. EducAitor started as an idea to fix that, and has grown into a business built by educators, for educators: feedback within about 30 seconds of a session, owned by the teacher, and built on development, not judgement.
Feedback belongs to the educator. It is for growth, never for performance management.

The team
Chief Operating Officer
John has over 20 years' leadership experience in education and training, including senior operational and faculty leadership roles. He knows how education organisations run, how decisions get made and what leaders need from the tools they invest in. As COO he keeps EducAitor running smoothly as it grows, and he leads our work with schools, colleges and multi-academy trusts.
Chief Technology Officer
James leads all technology at EducAitor. He has over 20 years' experience building software and leading technical teams, and has founded technology companies of his own, so he knows what it takes to turn an idea into a product people rely on every day. As CTO he owns EducAitor's platform architecture, security and roadmap, making sure it's built properly, protects the educators who use it, and scales as more schools, colleges and organisations come on board.
Head of Education
Eve's career has been in education and training, specialising in national curriculum development and programme management. For the UAE Ministry of Education she led the development and rollout of national curriculum frameworks across the school system, and she has worked across community and public sector settings in the UK. She holds a Master's degree and a First Class Honours degree. At EducAitor she leads on education, making sure the platform's frameworks, content and professional development are grounded in evidence and work for educators in practice.
Founding team, Product and AI
Sam leads product and the use of AI across EducAitor. He designed and built the app, the web app and this website, set up the infrastructure they run on, and built the AI that turns a recording of a session into specific, evidence-backed feedback. He also runs our social media. Alongside EducAitor he works as an AI solutions consultant, scoping and launching AI products with founders, and co-founded Meet Meg, an AI marketing manager for small businesses. He has a Master's from Esade in Barcelona.
