Delete my EducAitor account
EducAitor is an app by EducAitor Ltd. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to reinstall the app to do it.
Delete it in the app
1. Open EducAitor and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Delete it on the web
1. Sign in at app.educaitor.ai.
2. Open the menu with your name and choose Your account.
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@educaitor.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm with you and delete your account within 30 days.
If you own an organisation
If you are the only owner of an organisation that has other people in it, make someone else an owner first. If you are the only person in your organisation, deleting your account also deletes the organisation.
What is deleted?
• your account, profile and profile photo, and your sign-in account;
• your lesson transcripts, feedback reports and focuses (lesson audio is already deleted after each report is made);
• your professional development records: targets, reflections, check-ins, log and term summaries;
• your AI coach conversations;
• your wellbeing check-ins;
• your community posts, comments and likes, and reports you have made;
• your notification settings and device tokens.
What is kept, and for how long?
• If you pay for EducAitor, billing records for your organisation, for six years, as UK tax law requires.
• Copies in our backups, until they are overwritten within 35 days.
Want a copy of your data first?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Download my data.
