Why we're building it
Guidance conversations deserve feedback too
A good guidance conversation can change the direction of a young person's life, yet the people having them rarely get feedback on how they went. Careers advisers and leaders often work alone, and supervision, like lesson observation, is occasional.
Colleges and training providers using EducAitor® with their tutors asked whether the same private, developmental feedback could support the people delivering careers education, information, advice and guidance. Careers EducAitor is our answer.
