Why we're building it
Coaches rarely get coached
Coaches spend their working lives helping other people improve, but few get regular, specific feedback on their own coaching. Most of their development comes from occasional observation, or from courses away from the sessions themselves.
Coaching and teaching share the same craft: clear explanations, good questions, and feedback that moves someone on. Coach EducAitor brings what we've built for educators to sports, growth and executive coaching.
How it will work

Straight after the session: what went well, what to try next, and why.

Keep developing
Pick one thing to work on and track your progress. Your reports are private unless you choose to share them.
