Your data and privacy
No. We never ask for learner names, registers or records, and your report is about your practice, not your learners.
Yes, while you teach, so that your report can be written. Lessons are recorded on your device. When you stop, the recording is uploaded, transcribed and deleted as soon as your report is written. We don't keep lesson recordings.
No. Leaders can see who's recording, so they can offer support, but never how anyone's lessons went. Feedback stays private unless you share it, and team trends are anonymous, from five or more teachers.
No. It's built for development. Development, not judgement.
Using EducAitor
No. Teach as you normally would. Nothing changes for learners.
No. It adds support between the conversations you already have with mentors, coaches and leaders, and gives those conversations a better starting point.
Yes. EducAitor has been tested across a broad range of settings and is used in early years play-based learning, workshops, practical sessions, lectures and coaching.
Yes. Frequent, low-stakes feedback is exactly what most trainees tell us they want more of, and it also builds confidence for observations.
Android is coming soon. Until then you can use EducAitor on iPhone and iPad, or in your browser on any computer.
For organisations
For organisations, set-up takes about 15 minutes for the leader on a computer, then a few minutes for each teacher on their phone. Registration lets a nominated point of contact from your organisation sign up team members straight away, so onboarding is clear and consistent.
Accounts, reports and transcripts are stored in the EU (AWS Ireland). Lesson audio is transcribed by Groq and reports are written by OpenAI, both in the United States, and neither is permitted to train on your content. Audio is deleted as soon as the report is ready. For individuals
Yes. You can use EducAitor on your own. See For individuals.
Check your organisation's policy on using apps in sessions. No learner names or records are needed, lesson recordings are deleted as soon as your report is written, and your reports stay private to you.
