The challenge
Abbie used EducAitor® during her initial teacher education. Like most trainees, she had relied on the handful of lessons her mentor could observe for feedback on her teaching.
It removed that layer of stress and anxiety whenever I was observed, because I felt more confident the more I used it and my mentor could see my regular progress.
What happened
Alongside those visits, she recorded her own sessions and got feedback on her teaching within about 30 seconds of finishing. Sharing her reports helped her conversations with both her mentor and her link tutor.
Now qualified, she still uses it regularly.
