Foundation Stage 1, British curriculum school
After 24 years in the classroom, Jenn says EducAitor has improved her teaching more than anything else she has used.

The challenge
Jenn teaches FS1 at a British school in Dubai and has used EducAitor® for around a year. She has taught for 24 years, mostly in early years, and was sceptical about whether an AI platform could work in a fluid, play-based Early Years setting.
In 24 years, working in a wide range of schools with many different people, this was the one that improved my teaching the most, because it was on my terms.
What happened
Because she could use it when she wanted, and focus on areas she chose, she found things to work on she hadn't expected, including areas she thought were already strengths. Her questioning is where she has seen the biggest change.
She uses the follow-up questions to agree two or three focused targets for her next sessions. She also sees clear value in it for mentoring new teachers and for curriculum initiatives.
