Training providers and apprenticeships
Cadet Vocational College · UK
Vocational college for cadet forces and youth organisations across the UK
Leaders of a nationally dispersed team now understand the quality of delivery and can target support and CPD.

Who they are
CV College trains and accredits young people and adult instructors across the Army, Sea and Air Cadets, Fire and Police Cadets, St John Ambulance and more, all over the UK.
Many of its instructors come to teaching from service or industry rather than through a teaching qualification. The college wanted every one of them, however far from head office, to get consistent, supportive feedback on their teaching.
The challenge
Providing standardised support to staff dispersed across the country is a challenge.
With the vast majority of our staff spread out across the country, it is challenging to provide them with regular support. This has enabled us to better support our staff, gain a better understanding of the quality of delivery and now we can provide better CPD opportunities.
What happened
CV College's teaching staff now use EducAitor® after their sessions. Within about 30 seconds of finishing, each gets a personalised report on their own teaching: what worked, what to try next and why. No observer in the room, and no recording kept.
Leaders see anonymous team trends and can target support and CPD where it will make the most difference. This page follows the partnership as it develops.
